Co- Owners Susan & Stephen Marshall established Smoke & Steam in 2021. Both hold culinary degrees from Johnson & Wales University. Susan has extensive restaurant, banquet, and catering experience from working in Boston area restaurants for the last 14 years. Stephen provides leadership and management experience to keep the business running smoothly. Susan & Stephen together have mastered the art of roasting pigs and steaming lobsters for customers across New England. Whether you are looking for a family meal for 4 or a full custom pig roast for 300 we are here to cook and serve.

    Through our food and great service, we strive to make our customers feel a sense of belonging just as we did entering our grandparent’s houses as young children. Eating at grandmas was not an option. You always left with a full belly!
